Seed Cereal

Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups

Good by itself with cold or warm milk, or serve with Stewed Fruit. May also be used as a high protein garnish for hot cereals.

• 1 cup almonds
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup date sugar
• 2 tablespoons carob powder (optional)

Grind nuts and seeds in nut grinder or blender. Combine all ingredients and stir well.
