Corn Pancakes

Serves two

Good with peanut butter and maple syrup or Stewed Fruit.

• 1 cup corn flour or corn meal
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
• 1/2 cup milk powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 1/2 cups water

Combine dry ingredients. Add water, oil, and honey and mix well. Bake on hot, oiled fry pan; save leftovers for lunch.
