Bulgar With Sage

Serves two

• 1 cup bulgar or millet
• 2 tablespoons celery flakes or 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
• 1 tablespoon onion flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
• pinch sage and thyme
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 3 cups water
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Bring water to a boil, and add everything but peanut butter. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in peanut butter and heat through.
