Buckwheat Stew

Serves two

A mellow meal served with Cheese Toasties.

• 1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats
• 1/2 cup dehydrated potato slices or chunks, OR 1 fresh potato, diced, or 4 ounces noodles
• 1/2 cup dehydrated cabbage flakes
• 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon oregano OR 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 3 cups water

Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes.
Garnishes: grated Parmesan cheese, sesame salt, toasted sesame seeds, soy sauce.
