Serves two
Good, heavy pancakes, very high in protein and energy. They come out dark and are delicious with maple syrup.
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup soy flour
• 1/2 cup wheat germ flakes
• 1/2 cup milk powder
• 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 cups water
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquids. Cook on oiled frying pan over medium heat.
