A light, mellow pancake. Good with sesame butter and honey or maple syrup.
• 2 cups brown rice flour
• 1/3 cup milk powder
• 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 cup water
Combine dry ingredients. Mix in honey, oil, and water. Bake in moderately hot pan until browned on both sides and springy to the touch.
