Approximately 2 cups
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 bay leaf OR 1/4 teaspoon either sage, thyme, marjoram, or oregano
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic granules
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 cups water
• 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
Mix oil and dry ingredients in frying pan and slowly add cold water. Place over medium hot heat and cook until thick, stirring all the while, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add tamari and serve hot.
