Sun-Infused Herbal Tea

Makes 1 quart

Early in the morning, as soon as you feel the sun beginning to warm your body, collect 4 cups of fresh water in a quart bottle with a lid. Add 4 teaspoons dried herbs or a handful of fresh herbs, if you are so lucky to find some, and set jar in the sun on a rock. Let sit until the sun starts to go down, then strain and serve. You might want to put the jar in a creek to cool it even more before straining.
