This tea could be started early in the morning, put in the sun and left in a creek just before lunch, or in the early afternoon. In the heat of the day when you are tired of frolicking, sit in the shade and drink. Or the tea could be made in the morning and carried along on hikes until it is cooler and the sun is hotter. Use chickweed, plantain and/or peppermint. Serve with lemon juice, if you have some. Drink lots.
