Summer Tea to Cool You Down

Summer Tea

Start this Summer Tea early in the morning, put it in the sun and leave it in a creek just before lunch. Or, start it in the early afternoon. In the heat of the day when you are tired of frolicking, sit in the shade and drink. Alternatively, make the tea in the morning and carry it along on hikes until it is cooler and the sun is hotter. Use chickweed, plantain and/or peppermint. Serve with lemon juice, if you have some. Drink lots.
