Sesame Chia Crackers

Makes Approximately 24 crackers

Crunchy crackers, easy to make, good with anything on them.

• 2 cups whole wheat flour OR 1 1/2 cups oat flour and 3/4 cup soy flour
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup sesame oil
• 1/2 cup water

Put flour, sesame and chia seeds, and salt in a bowl. Stir; add oil and mix in with fork. When all is an even texture, add water and shape into large ball. Roll out between wax paper on which you have sprinkled extra sesame seeds. Cut into cracker shapes. Remove from wax paper, place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375º F for 15 to 20 minutes.
