Makes approximately 3/4 cup
High protein, quick energy. Good on crackers, cold leftover pancakes, or bread for lunch.
• 3/4 cup sesame butter
• 2 tablespoons miso
• 2 to 3 tablespoons boiling water
• grated orange peel (optional)
Brown sesame butter and miso together in frying pan, stirring all the while. Add enough water and mix to make spreading consistency. Store in lidded plastic container.
