It’s easy to mix up a small amount of salad dressing before you go, put it in a jar, and carry it in your pack, ready to use. This recipe has added nourishment because of the miso and it keeps well.
• 1 teaspoon each miso, oil, water, and lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon whole oregano, thyme, or basil
Put in small bottle or jar and shake well.
