Lentil Tomato Soup

Serves two

• 2/3 cup lentils
• 1/2 cup noodles, whole wheat, soy-rice, or sesame
• 1/4 cup freeze-dried tomato powder
• 1 tablespoon vegetable-seasoned broth powder
• 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
• dash pepper
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 5 cups water

Add all ingredients to boiling water and oil and cook at a low boil for 30 to 40 minutes.
