Granola Bars

Makes 2 8″ square pans

Chewy, sweet, filling, satisfying, easy to pack, and good for your low energy.

Follow Granola recipe, using 6 cups rolled grains instead of 9. Press into two 8-inch square pans and bake at 300º F for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cut while hot, but cool before removing from pan.
