A good breakfast cereal to keep you moving.
• 1/2 cup wheat germ flakes
• 1/2 cup bran flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups water
Mix all ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes.
Variations: serve with honey or dried fruit (dates are especially good); add 1/2 cup rolled oats and 1 cup more water; add nuts.
