Serves two
Like Stewed Fruit, but with a texture and flavor all its own.
• 2 cups mixed dried fruit and nuts
• 3 tablespoons tapioca granules
• 1 tablespoon rose hip powder
• 1 tablespoon honey
• juice of 1 lemon or lime
• 2 1/2 cups water
Combine all ingredients in cold water. Bring to simmer and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until thick, stirring often. Serve warm or cold.
