Spicy Seed Snack

Makes approximately 2 1/4 cups

These quantities may be varied according to taste.

• 1 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup sesame seeds
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic granules (optional)

Mix all ingredients together well in bowl. Sprinkle into shallow baking pan. Bake at 350º F for 25 minutes or so, stirring a couple of times. Store in airtight container when cool.
