Sean’s Fried Trout

If you’re as good a fisherman as Sean McMahon, and catch plenty of fish along the way, you might like to try his recipe for a different taste.
Wash and clean fresh-caught trout, leaving it a little moist. Sprinkle a combination of garlic granules, salt and pepper on one side, and put that side down in a hot frying pan with a little oil. While cooking, sprinkle more of the same on the other side. Turn, and fry until done.
