Makes Approximately 1 1/2 cups
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
• pinch garlic granules
• dash cayenne
• 1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
• 1 cup water
Combine all ingredients except water and tamari. Mix well; add water and heat, stirring continuously, until bubbly. Remove from heat, add tamari. Serve hot.
