Garlic Spread
Makes approximately 1/3 cup
Make this spread in camp. It is good on bread with spaghetti, chili, or just alone when you get a garlic craving.
• 12 to 15 large garlic cloves, chopped large
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
Combine water and garlic and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until garlic is done. Add butter or oil and stir well.
