Fish Dumplings

Serves two

A good addition to a thin soup, such as Miso or Garlic Broth; nourishing and filling.

• 1 cup cooked or canned flaked fish
• 1/2 cup wheat germ flakes
• 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon dill weed OR pinch nutmeg
• 2 teaspoons oil
• 2 tablespoons water

Combine all ingredients on a bowl and mix together well. Between the palms of your hands, roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Drop into boiling soup, put pot on lower fire, and simmer 10 minutes. Makes approximately 12 small dumplings.
