Chapped Skin, Sunburn, Windburn

Start with good preventative measures: always wear sunscreen and chapstick when in the outdoors.
To remedy, rub in wheat germ, olive, apricot, or almond oil. In the case of sunburn, swim in cold water or apply cold wet cloth. Stay in the shade. Re-apply oils as often as you body soaks them up.
