Cashew Fudge

Makes approximately 3/4 pound

• 1/2 cup cashew butter
• 1/2 cup chopped cashews
• 1/4 cup currants or chopped raisins
• 1/4 cup soy milk powder OR 1/2 cup wheat germ flakes
• 2 tablespoons honey

Combine all ingredients. Carry in lidded plastic container.
