Muscle Pain

Remember that a “charley-horse” is a muscle spasm. Treat muscle aches by stretching and using muscles, as the pain is caused by muscle contraction. If you stop using them altogether, muscles will tighten and get sorer. If possible, apply warm compresses of cloth soaked in chamomile or comfrey tea. Re-soak cloth every 15 minutes or so and repeat for 1 hour.
