Serves two
Tasty, crunchy hot supper cakes. Good with a sauce, gravy, hot mustard, or just soy sauce.
• 1 cup sesame seed meal (ground in grinder or blender)
• 1/4 cup soy flour
• 1/4 cup wheat germ flakes
• 1 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1/3 cup water
Combine all dry ingredients with water and oil in one bowl and stir well. Form into 4 patties and fry in lightly oiled frying pan for about 7 minutes per side.
