Makes approximately 1 1/4 pounds
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 tablespoon flax seeds
• 1 cup chopped dates
• 1/2 cup sesame butter
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)
Grind sesame, sunflower, and flax seeds, or blend to a meal in a blender. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well with hands. Carry in a lidded plastic container.
