Serves two
A mild sunflower seed flavor, very good with Curry or Mushroom Gravy.
• 1 cup sunflower seed meal ( may be ground in grinder or blender)
• 2 tablespoons oat flour
• 1 teaspoon celery flakes
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon chervil
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon savory
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic granules (optional)
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 2 tablespoons water
Combine all dry ingredients, water, and oil in camp and stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes. Form into 4 small patties, mashed like a thick pancake. Fry in lightly greased frying pan for about 7 minutes per side.
