Makes 1 Cup
A gravy adds so much to a meal, making a small one complete.
• 2 tablespoons milk powder
• 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup water
All dry ingredients may be packed in one bag. In camp, pour into cold water and stir well. Bring to boil, reduce heat, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
