Makes approximately 1/2 pound
• 1 cup sesame meal or sunflower meal
• 2 tablespoons carob powder
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon water
Mix all ingredients well in bowl. Pack in lidded plastic container and pinch off pieces as you want them.
Variations: add 1/4 cup coconut; add 1/2 cup currants or chopped raisins.
