Sesame Butter Dressing

Salad dressings taste really good in the mountains. Not only are they good on salads and steamed greens, but if you prefer you can make a pot of noddles with a small amount of water and add lots of dried parsley and onions, remove from the heat, let cool, and stir in some dressing. This may also be done with boiled or baked potatoes, adding some dill or other herbs.

• 1 tablespoon sesame or peanut butter
• 2 to 3 teaspoons water
• 1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon chervil, dill or tarragon

Put all ingredients in a small bottle, shake well, and put in your pack.
