Sesame Almond Fudge

Makes approximately 1 pound

• 1 cup sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup almonds
• 1/2 cup cashew butter or peanut butter
• 1/4 cup currants or chopped raisins
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon or more water

Grind sesame seeds and almonds to a meal in a nut grinder or blender. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, and pack in lidded plastic container.
