Cream of Mushroom Soup

Serves two

Good winter soup; strong mushroom flavor, thick and creamy.

• 1/3 cup dried mushrooms, sliced thin and chopped fine, or 1 1/2 cups wild mushrooms, sliced fine
• 1/3 cup milk powder
• 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
• 2 teaspoons wheat germ flakes
• 1 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• dash nutmeg
• dash pepper
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 4 cups water

Put all ingredients in cold water and oil, and stirring frequently, bring to boil. When it comes to a boil, put on lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
