Apricot Date Fudge

Makes approximately 1 1/2 pounds

• 1 cup apricots
• 1 cup dates
• 1 cup walnuts or pecans
• handful raisins or currants
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ flakes
• 1 cup coconut
• juice from 1/2 lime or lemon

Put fruit, nuts, and wheat germ through a food grinder. Knead in coconut and lime juice until all is mixed well. Carry in lidded plastic container.
