- Cut a band of material long enough to go around your head, and a piece of tape, about 3 feet long.
- Pin the tape to the band with safety pins-one at each end and four or five more in between them.
- Choose bits of twig, leaves of grass to match your surroundings. Push them between the pins to secure them.
- You can quickly remove or change your camouflage if you enter a different kind of territory.
